Looks like some more changes hitting India Number of CPR sales reps would be reduced, followed by Solution Engineer/SC. And this is CPR side of LOB meaning DB and Middleware products are not even selling. Shoot looks like party for India has ended. Am sorry to say that now folks in low cost countries would feel the heat.

Do an oracle to oracle and sue them
25 sales people on performance issue? Is that not the issue with the VP of sales issue then? VP of sales should be fired first. Who is the VP of sales ?
Looks to me like the 25 of you should file a lawsuit against oracle. Not credible that all of a sudden 25 people would be performing so poorly that it justifies this kind of action by oracle. Can you seek a restraining order against this and against dismissals that are surely planned for you ?
