Tomorrow some of the most knowledgeable associates will be walking out of the building for good. I know in retail if your not willing to make changes you will not grow. I have a hard time believing Mr. Sam would agree with the lack of wisdom our leadership has used. To those who are leaving I pray blessings for you and your family. For those who are staying I pray the leaders go back to the basic beliefs of the best leader and take care of these associates the way Sam Walton would.

I was eliminated after 25 3/4 yrs there. I left on the 7th without any feeling at all. I have been diagnosed with cancer and I lost my health care. Still I have a sense of relief. I have watched what is happening and if you are offered severance you better take it. Sooner or later they will let you go and you will get nothing. At least I got my severance but I foresee that coming to a halt for the future poor souls left.
Company is going no where parking lots are full. Im longterm as well and welcome a severance pkg to come my way just haven't got lucky yet. I have enough confidence in myself that I will find another job other than WalMart or Sams. The company will get what it has coming to it because all these new younger people dont give a damn about anything. Actually who could blame them its real exciting to know it will take over 5 years for there pay to increase over 1 dollar damn exciting. They know this and are still willing to stay with this company which means they are most likely living with help from the tax payer with government assistance and at one time people were embarrassed if anyone knew they were getting any kind of welfare but man have things changed.
So sad what they are doing to long term associates!🙁😢 yes Sam Walton would be rolling in his grave, as he was all about family and listen to your associates because they know what's best! Well that's gone out the window along time ago! I pray for everyone who has put their life into this company as I have for 30 yars! Better things will come! This company will fail soon!
Company is all about $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ f the Associates! Sam would never treat his Associates like c-ap! Sad times for Wal-Mart! R I P !
As loyal as we were and knowledgeable, they could care less we are leaving. Im thankful for the push to get out of this compnay that is going down hill fast.
