CIO and all his direct management are just doing what they are told by CEO. No use blaming CIO or his team to outsource in all the hate posts on this website. Just move on and continue working at some other company. CIO made it clear on Friday in All Hands that 80% in Infrastructure and applications including AVPs will be laid off or rebadged by Februrary last week without any incentive package. What other Warn act you all want. Start looking now if you are qualified enough still, if you do not want to work for Molindia IT company.

Here's the latest - CIO brought over a set of his old timers familiar with Molina systems (Joanne, Lori, Ritu, Rajeev etc) to get his work cut out and he making $$$ by outsourcing the operations, and majority of work, to existing vendor Infosys.

If you were in the meeting on Friday you know multiple vendors will be chosen. Also, why blame the CIO and a race? This is what the Executives want. This is why the CIO was brought in. The sad thing is, we have seen this done at many companies and in the long run the quality of work is not cheaper and it ends up costing more. Many of the companies I am speaking of are fortune 50 companies that have all brought their tech centers back on site.

I am not an employee but saw this post. We are rebadging at Verizon as well. Jobs shipped to India, kept some and rebadged.
Are you also rebadging to an Indian co and if yes what company? Are you being treated fairly?
