I think the company realizes anonymity does not always translate into truth. Look at the bs on this site if you want a test in human behavior when people are rewarded anonymity

Bottom line is that if you dont put your name on it, nothing will happen bc the investigators won't have much to work with. Unless it's cut and dry and to be honest most pharmacists and store managers are going to discreetly break the rules making it harder to find. And just so you know DLs are gossip queens just like everyone else.

Honestly, it’s not a bad thing. Someone called HR on me a few years ago after I took over an underperforming store. I shook things up and tightened accountability. In return, an Anonymous HR call that was so out of my character and reputation, it was not believable to my DM (DL), RM or HRBP. They interviewed a few employees they thought could potentially fit the complaint and found nothing. It would have been easier if we knew who they were. Not to retaliate, but to figure out what they were thinking. Also, making false reports is against policy. Maybe they are trying to discourage that now. I personally like it. You own your words and are accountable for them. No more sneaky sneaky.

Complaint goes to your superiors direct supervisor, who in turns ask he/she about it, which puts you back in the cross fire. It's a joke.

You still have to give your name for them to take your claim serious. It’s a joke
