where to start???? moved the facility from lloydminister to edmonton.... brought two guys with the move. Called up bunch of laid workers from famous 59 day layoff, to put this place together.. promoted hse guy to be manager but later was scapegoat because they couldn’t put out the numbers. No procedure or proper documented training provided just one week trip to lloydminister to learn the process. mistake one... expecting $19 hr guy from street to run lathe and welder for them and expect to pass every quality requirements. Even journeyman welders are failing there weld quality... screwing by sending wrong products, sending pumps that are failing.... middle level management are fighting amongst each other like cat and mouse. They made it mandatory 10 hr shift monday to friday and manadatory saturday... lots of overtime... here company as whole lossing money. safety is down the tubes. i highly doubt they would get rid of production supervisor mr piccolo, who is just running around like chicken with his head cutoff. He should be next one to go because he doesn’t know anything, his incompetence is showing that he is not mangerial type but upper management thinks he is gold. He treats people like sh--... instead training and working with people.. all he does is move them to another job and figures they can learn by themselves... again no training. Blaming people for not stepping up... remember these workers have been with the company for years. What ever happened to safety that this company used to preach. Again incompetent style is failing this facility. if organized properly, this facility is money maker.....

Houston if y’all want an improvement y’all should consider layin’ off some of dat Der management that’s bin underperforming. A professional sports team doesn’t fire their player they get rid of coaches. And getting rid of Air eck was not the coach to get rid of. I think ya dudes have seen the names that need to go. It the same ones giving lame excuses and blaming people. What kind of manager blames their people and doesn’t take accountability for their own actions?
i guess another scapegoat is in the making.... while pic a loo will just step aside and let him be the sacrifice instead of himself... everyone who he is .., people nick named him finger pointer Ram....Wonder what his offical title is. As soon he sees someone standing around or talking to someone, he goes and tries too boss them around... without knowing what that person maybe be talking about trying to find out information in regards with work. I don’t think he can properly do his own work without pawning to someone else. Mr pica chu low is taking advantage of you... you may know about product but that’s all you will be used and abused for... so be nice to people and respect them as you would like to be respected..., enjoy xmas and happy new years folks.
They can lay off whoever he wants. Eventually the big guys will see the problems are cause of management. Talked too big and can’t keep promises while blaming other people.

The Main man. Mr free Man is the worst manager anyone can have . He always uses someone as a scapegoat to save him self from getting his a.. fired!!. He doesn’t have a clue how to run a company.This division (PCP) used to make a lot of money but he has run it to the ground with lot of bad decisions and treating people like slaves and just a number !! . And to top it off promoting people to supervisors and managers who have no clue about the product line and are always running in circles !!! .GOD save this place please !!! Amen !!!!

The man Fuqedup he put his trust in the picas green peas the knowledgeable he let go. This is the cause of failure.Someone got to lace up frees boots ehhh.
Continued help from the other shops will make pick E and core E look bad. How long did air eck have before they ran over him with the city transit vehicle. That’s how much time these guys have before one of them gets canned. But first they will fire a few guys because they are ‘the problem’., not lthe bosses running the show. Where is the bosses accountability for this not working. If Houston bosses are reading this I hope that you guys are asking the same question and will actually do something about it.
heard from guys that lloydminister guys options are will run out soon then what’s next.... i don’t think they would want to travel and help out... i still think pick a boo lo needs to go... every one of them from planning.

Yes picky is less connected but quarry is a threat to the man long term so my bet is on the man throwing quarry under a yellow vehicle that carries kids.
The man needs someone who will nod his head. Connected quarry will snitch on the man to his friends in Houston and that’s a threat to the man.
The bottom line is that these snakes will turn on each other given self preservation or advancement. Entertaining as hell to watch.
totally agree.., as far i know most likely pic a low would be to go because corey has connection higher up and he is safe since he has multiple interchangeable skill set. He is safe for a bit. But puc a low (liar) doesn’t have that. Corey knows very well he doesn’t have a strong supporting cast below him, that will help him steer this place in right direction.

Pic-a-low and core eye may be pretending to get along but they know that one of them is gone once strath is shut down and free mun takes over. PCP is a has been. Air wreck should of never been put in the role he was in. He also should have realized that his boss will drive the bus over anyone if it means saving himself. The entire management group at those facilities is a joke. All should be let go and get the workers managers that aren’t in it for themselves...oh wait those don’t exist at WFT. O well manufacturing is going to be moved to China anyway.
i guess no one was there to take over from erick ... that’s why core we was choosen. But i totally agree that low weasel needs to go. i heard yesterday low weasel was threatening to work one guy off the job. Is that a managerial way of dealing with the situation. The longer low weasel stays in that shop.The atmosphere of that shop will worsen and be poisonous. He likes to rule with iron fist and he needs that fist up his butt then maybe he will realize how it feels.
Don’t be blaming the bean counters for this decision. Management made the decision. Air eck got f’ed over. The free man just wants to look good to Houston and has zero loyalty to his team and knows he is needed for his technical knowledge and his job is safe for now . He has already washed his hands of any responsibility of this shop not working out. A safe bet he is already bashing the next one to be blamed. Pick a low is a weasel and is a free man in training. Core we is another guy who is a lot of talk and no ability. I can’t wait to see how core we and pick a low start blaming each other and the shop people for the place not producing. It will be like watching survivor. How do you mess up a business? Put these jokers in charge.
@WxS8DMW-1myv I too left the Lloydminster plant in April , finally found a new job and so much happier , and you are correct the bean counters think things are so easy to do but have never done it themselves .
it's never as easy as some bean counter makes it out to be , and that is who is running wft with no direction from actual field experienced managers , I was part of the facility in Lloydminster and happy to be away from wft and the drama that includes.
The no-training policy ar Weatherford has always been in place, nothing new there.
The managerial bonus policy was set up (stll is) in such a fashion that the more money they spend on training/formation the less they earn at the end of the year.
That’s the assessment done by this management...current production supervisor. this is how he ran the other facility according to few people from that facility. He should be next to go.
