Most if not soon all will be let go. Some will leave before others, but it will be us all. Even if your in another store in another city,we are the cvs family. Be prepared and aware for whats coming. Thanos about to snap his fingers and we will be dusted. If this is your only job, start looking now. Do not wait or think it will not happen. Best thing to do is be prepared. Get your bills up to date, buy extra needs like toilet tissue, body wash, food if you can and get ready for it to be rough. I wish everyone luck. Be prepared.

In a lot of states you can collect but only after your severance runs out
They do not pay unemployment if you are offered 2 weeks compensation and you take it, be careful not to be fired then they pay nothing
I’m fine with collecting unemployment at CVS expense. If I’m laid off, they are required to pay in my state. Either way I won’t go without a fight and I get my $$$$
Agree with you all. The retail business is changing, times are changing. All the money is going online. How many people have a cell phone? We do everthing on the internet including shopping because its fast and easy. Your orders come right to your house. Look at mcdonalds now, you can now order your food without a cashier in some mcdonalds. Jobs are being eliminated. They are now making self driving cars, soon there will be no need for truck drivers or uber drivers. Look at how we bank with the app on our phones, no need to enter the bank anymore. Atm's took the place of bank tellers. We are being replaced by tech. Look at all the malls that have closed down, times are changing. Look at the amazon go store, that is the new way.
Totally agree, be prepared as CVS is going to let everyone go and have their stores run by robots and little gremlins. Hurry and buy your toilet paper now or you will be wiping with used newspapers

Quite funny but if CVS wants to let me go I'll make sure whoever has that conversation with me doesn't get off easy
Appreciate your thoughts, but honestly it’s all speculation. This site isn’t the most credible right now. In general, nothing wrong with being prepared. Anything can happen to any one at any time, not just at CVS.
