Estimate the size of the upcoming layoffs?
I'd be curious to see what people expect as it relates to layoffs in Q1 and Q2 of 2019. Take a stab... 5%, 10% of the total headcount? What groups? Levels? Positions? Thoughts?

Here’s a way to find out if your facility has layoffs- go into Outlook, set a meeting request with all your big HR folks there. Hit scheduling assistant to view their availability. If you see a bunch of 30 min meetings on their schedule, you got folks being sacked.
Of course, delete the meeting request. I hope I did not actually have to say that last bit for the majority, however if you’re still at WFT, maybe it was needed.
