A great manager in our district fired today after she accepted a vendor Chridtmas Gift. We think the value was around 80 dollars ! These DL and AP are apparently on a mission of some sort to remove long timers! Be warned anything can get you at anytime! No emotional connections between Fs managers and these RX Dls! Pic can get away with murder!

All you have to do is get it approved by the DL. It's to stop people from sweet hearting. Scratch my back ill scratch yours type of stuff.
Again use the policy when you want to avoid unemployment payments and do not have an attachment to the person. These new DL are assassins , no leadership qualities
Well then tell the customer to stop bringing cookies and lunch to the pharmacies.The d--g reps bring them pizza etc. etc. isn’t that a gift
It was a dlnner for her and her partner . The vendor paid but it was not a business meeting that was approved first

Exactly, everyone knows you don't accept gifts of any type. Sorry she is out of a job, but as a manager we all know better.
We just did the gift acceptance policy in learnet. Long tenured doesn't mean you are allowed to break policy.
