This is Sears Canada, but there are so, so many ways I can see something similar to this playing out here if people are not careful right now. Sears is dying. Both employees and customers need to be aware of that.

Sears Holdings hopefully will be at the end soon. All these Market Leaders for the retail side and AP have been drawing a huge salary for years. Many of them stay home most of the time except when they do store visits. The cashiers who are the front line of this company have not received a raise since 2008.
