There was a post that mentioned a large amount of moving boxes that were ordered. An admin told me that some buildings will be vacated so they will be consolidating and moving employees. I heard many are moving to buildings 111, 207 & 208 in Webster from other nearby buildings. This doesn’t mean the present rumor of layoffs this week won’t happen, Just that it may help explain the large number of moving boxes ordered. No WARN notices by Xerox lately.

Building 214 residents received emails that they are being moved to building 111 starting mid-January and completed by end of month.
HR has conference rooms booked in 7 buildings all day on Thursday.
Yep, we heard the same thing before the August 16th IRIF. They told us we were moving to 111 - until some enterprising soul took a look and noticed that there was not enough seating for everyone there. Hopefully, folks are prepared and have saved up funds or already looking for other opportunities.

Bldg 214 has the same all day meeting scheduled and it’s by HR.
I heard conf. rooms with the title "Transition Metrics Meeting" are booked in buildings 139 and 218 from 8-4:30 Thursday....make of that what you will. It could be plans to consolidate, or it could be a combo of cuts and moving. All will be clear by mid morning Thursday.
