Pretty much and from what insiders have said, they have made it almost certain they won't accept his bid.

Eddie's bids might be unfixable. It's really that bad, since he's unwilling to put up cash. The judge has indicated he's leaving the door wide open for discovery into Eddie's past bad behavior, which could take months.
