Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

The difference between a good club and a bad club is the associates

It's very simple. The difference between a good club and a bad club is the associates. Bad associates can make good managers look bad. They can also make bad manages look good. Over the years in many clubs we have lost a lot of good associates and have never rebounded. The definition of a good associate is someone who simply cares about what they do. No degree needed.

I agree with @WZJ6aWH-1wji , is as simple as it is said.

Good or even great associates can become bad because they just stop caring. Knowing that 110% isn't enough

Then how do you explain all clubs being bad genius? Nothing to do with HO at all? Go back to school.

This is hogwash. This is the same troll who keeps posting and commenting on everything. He is just promoting his own comment from another post. He has no life.

Interesting however bad managers also push good associates away. Some managers are c-ap to say the least. It works both ways.
