Its the typical central planner model. Some wankstain who has no experience across the country implementing policy for a store hes never been to.

In this economy, it's not taking long for other companies to snatch up Lowe's LP. The family member of mine affected by the mass LP layoff already had/has interviews, and today had a Division Manager for a thriving major big box chain actually come into Lowe's to look my family member up and invite them to apply for a specific LP job, with a start salary equal to what my family member made at Lowe's last year WITH bonuses. And with the "new" job, bonuses will be on top of that. That made my family member feel very good after being crushed by Lowe's last Friday. My family member is very active in the local LP community and there is a tight network of LP here. The major players easily stand out among the rest. That's proving beneficial.

Though it certainly s---s to think you are part of something and instantly find out you are part of nothing, I suspect those good at their job will have no issue finding a new one.
