No. Sears' infrastructure isn't built for that at all. Not with the way Eddie is deconstructing it. Distribution Centers are too scattered. Home Services is designed to support the whole country. There's a huge supply chain that's designed to provision thousands of stores, an IT staff, finance, accounting that spanned the world that is completely non-functional now. If Sears had concentrated itself into regions, then perhaps logistically it would have made sense and Sears could have optimized itself, but Sears has no idea how to run a modern competitive retail operation. Hell, Sears has no idea how to run a competitive 1940s retail operation under Lampert's leadership. I doubt he could profitably run a Pizza Hut. It'd be a c---roach and rat infested mess with one guy responsible for cooking, serving customers, cleaning bathrooms, and without working toilets after five years by the time he's done with it about to get shut down after failing it's third health inspection.
