So the new slogan fits right in line here, do more for less...money. That 8k raise will mean nothing after taxes and a longer work week gets taken into consideration. Being a salary position you will be working more than the 48 cap you were working before. Calculate every hour after that chipping away at that 8k. If you've been around long enough, you will remember when LPM's were salary The good ones were working easily 55+ hours a week. After the lawsuits, that all changed and they became hourly. For most, it was like getting a raise because the Area's couldn't abuse them anymore. So, to all that were chosen and accepted the senior role, track your hours and figure your weekly average in about 6 months, then divide that by your salary and you will see you are making the same if not less than you were before...and you now have 3-6 stores to oversee. But hey, you got a sweet laptop, phone and a p-card now.
