Good way to get more people to quit! No way I can close every night for a month being a single mother with a 6 yr old at home. I can get my babysitter a couple nights a week, but no more than that. And how am I supposed to afford it? It's even more expensive to get people to babysit past 6-7 pm. Thank goodness my resume is updated. I need a better life more than a severance check.
I’m definitely stepping down if that happens here. Nothing but closing shift is a guaranteed failure for that month.
