So far the clubs that lost their PTCs have been a hot mess and with good reason. No hiring is being done for one and rampant other issues occurring like attendance, budget keeping, CBLs etc. I wonder if HO realizes the train wreck that has ensued? Many managers are lost or lazy.
I am a PTC and work my butt off in the office and support the front end and sales floor. I personally think job cuts should go by merit in all situations. We lose good people and keep worthless ones all the time in these cuts! And if you think your grocery mgr will handle all compliance and safety needs think again!
