Empty Steel

does any other clubs notice how low inventory levels are almost to the point of running out of Never out Items?

Lower skus, lower man hours, more focus on first 5. Esp when night stocking hours gets cut drastically by going early mornings, less fork lift time.

Ok , why would the HO eliminate 40% of sku’s, thus loose sales ? Something is going on to only pallet drive and no shelving ? Sounds like there getting ready for some major changes , I guess we’ll find out soon

Also HO is eliminating another 40% of skus to fully pallet drive product and eliminate more shelves.

Inventory is always low in Jan. Clubs pay taxes on inventory.
