Thread regarding Lowe's Cos. layoffs

So is this ME’s brilliant idea to improve the company?

I can’t believe ME is trying to sell this to us as a brilliant strategy of reviving Lowe’s. A better tending of customers, a better disposition of items at stores and a better supply chain. Any retail company, no matter how good or bad it’s doing, can use improvements in those segments. I sure if you ask a child what can boost sales at a store, it would list those three things. Btw, good luck achieving better customer experience with a bunch of part-timers and millennials that don't give a sh-- about the company, while the ones that actually have experience in that segment and understand the needs of the customers are getting laid off.

Lowe’s loves to complicate things - casts a wary eye in the direction Sterling and it’s senile grandparent Genesis - and wonders what ever became of the graphical user interface version of Genesis. More Lowe’s hocus pocus I guess.

So we are going back to basics are we? Remember the three types of customers Lowe’s has? Haven’t heard much or anything about that since Marvin mentioned that in his podcast. I seem to recall the largest number of customers wanted someone knowledgeable in the aisles. Too bad that everyone who knows anything is leaving Lowe’s behind like a bad dream.

What happened to the training that was supposed to be rolled out? Haven’t seen any of that.

Omg yes !!!!!!! We found you. The next CEO of Lowe’s right here with all the answers ! This is awesome. Or maybe just a disgruntled employee looking to blame others for their lack of success.
