Get out there folks and do your part. Tell the truth. When you see stories about this place that are BS or worded to hide what's really going on, get on social media and tell the truth. When someone shares a complaint with you encourage them to share it online. Don't lie, don't exaggerate, just tell the truth. We're often told that it's just us, we're just being negative, maybe we should just leave. I've begun sharing my experiences with folks from other stores and all I've seen is it's everywhere and everyone. I didn't want disgruntled opinions I wanted to hear from those smiling faces that bleed blue and sure enough everyone is feeling let down, lied to, cheated, and they're beginning to see the light. It's up to all of us if we want things to change and together we have a voice.

Hmmmm how are they not treated like human beings..... I'll give just one example because I dont have all day. My supervisor was yelled at openly on the floor because EOS came around and our entire team informed them we would not have anything to do with a survey we didn't trust that gave no improvements. We watched this man tell her what was she doing there if she was so stupid she couldn't get us to take a survey. So we complain to the area HR because hey that's what we're supposed to do. The final result was all of us being called to the training room to be yelled at for reporting him. I'm glad it's so great wherever you are but there's no reason this should be allowed in any store.
Profoundly, the most unethical slime have always been Human Resources. They have never worked for the employees. Instead, right hand men to unethical Store Managers and Lowe's corp. The slimier you are, the higher you advance. Just ask corp HR Michael Spoto who fires peoples after targeting them for his own bias, and never on merit. That man was arrested and his mug shot all over the web and he had nerve to teach others how to act. Marvin or Joe should take a long hard look at this guy.
How exactly are u not treated like human beings ? Companies make changes all the time. It’s called business. If companies don’t change u become sears then everyone looses their job. Not treated like human beings ? Come on. Get real.
That's right everyone should just leave.....bc that's easier than fixing problems. Most people aren't asking for riches or promotions handed to them on silver platters, they just want an ethical workplace and Lowe's like many retailers fails in that respect. We shouldn't have to form a union just to be treated like human beings.
You all should leave. If you can do better at a place that is better then why not ?? If you just sit around and complain what’s the benefit ? It’s amazing how people that love to complain don’t have such an easy way to go to some retail utopia. I worked at depot for 10 years , you think Lowe’s is tough to work for? Ha !!!!

Start filing reports with OSHA! There are so many violations in the stores, just take photos, get online & file the complaints. The fines are 7 to 10 thousand dollars per violation. Don’t just complain on this site, make a real impact. God Bless...
I am actually surprised at how prevalent the mistreatment is. I thought a lot of this was just in the area stores here but it is obviously widespread.
I've got a profile just for this lol. Just smile and tell them how great it is at work they love the feeling of smoke up their bums. Honestly I think it's for the best because it's not good to let that stress build up. Be the cheerleader they want and tell them how great they are (it's what you're getting paid for) but on your time hell yeah be honest with the world.
