Just for peoples information, I work with GM in one of their Innovation Centers (Don't feel comfortable saying where). I got an email from my manager requesting that everyone in the team be in the office between January 22 - 25
Anybody else receive an email like this?
Warren Tech Center Engineering employee here... Our group has not heard anything and our Managers swear they know nothing. However, a Supplier Quality Engineer and a Designer said their groups were told to be at work next week.

Can you share roughly the % of people impacted on your team? and this is IT presumably?
All I've heard about next week is rumors. I've seen nothing definitive as of yet.
Managers don't know. I am a manager and I am in the same boat as everyone else. What we've been given is #'s affected for each team but no names. Have no idea when the actual # will be told to the employees.
Managers are on the chopping block just like us. I would not be surprised if they were told to be quiet or they would be fired for cause.
I have a feeling managers know what's going on even if they aren't at liberty to say.
I'd be curious to know to what extent people are getting these emails. Are only certain managers being informed this? I know teams around me haven't heard anything about being in office next week, and several are out of the office with their managers informing them that's fine...
Because it was buried in replies and I wanted more people to see it and hopefully provide an answer.
