The "standards" are a joke....bottom line
"NO JOB IS SO IMPORTANT, NO SERVICE SO URGENT, THAT WE CANNOT TAKE THE TIME TO PERFORM OUR JOBS SAFELY"
As long your out there working safe, they can't fire you. Follow the standards line by line....you'll be fine.
Now if your not doing YOUR job that's a different story

What you guys fail to understand is that they have data on standards.....you cannot slack off now or you will be fired. Guys are not coming back. Old UPRR is done!
