The board of BNY Mellon has a terrible track record of executive hires. Bob Kelly now looks like a dream compared to Scharf.

Come on--Charlie came from a great position before he joined BNYM--unemployment! He had "left" Visa for "personal" reasons. In reality: Good Move Visa!! Poor Move BNYM Board of Directors!! The bank has been heading south since he joined.

You have to wonder who in their right mind would hire a CEO who can't even read a contract. He signed to buy an apartment that had no building permits. Now he's suing to get his deposit back, oops! Wonder what else he's not reading.................. The board of directors is completely clueless, they may be trying to shape the company up for a sale, but you have to wonder who would want to buy such a broken down pandora's box?

Charlie is the one who deserves the BM. The board should let him know he’s a liability and not qualified to run a Shake Shack let alone a top 5 bank in the world.
