There will never be one because Legal and HR have everything covered. They've been doing this forever and will continue doing it. This year it was more than the norm is why it's so public. You can either take your pay or leave it. No one will leave it, it's a lost cause.

It will be more likely to happen if they reduce SUB payments and people don’t take the package. If you accept the SUB you agree not to legal action.
This isn’t a class action.
