Any updates on the new ideas such as overnight going away, team lead restructure, TL salary, no fm1 and movement on mangers.

Not every club in Ohio let PTC go. Ours is still there.
Ohio clubs already let PTC go, heard it was test market so expect it coming. That came at same time receiving TL, dock and claims associates were told to to reapply. For the newly labeled job tittles.

MM should be back soon. But don't expect everything to be rolled out at once. They will do some changes, possibly close stores and move management around. Other position loses usually come later, but we don't know any of that until they say. Like the elimination of PTC is expected, but might not happen until April or November. We will hear some news soon. We're all expecting club closings. We just really don't know until it happens.
