Yeah wait for your union to do something. That’s great advice from a bs union that is only interested in getting dues from you. Walk out. Send a message.

STRESS!!!!! Working short, forced overtime, on top of worrying about being laid off!! Your doctor will understand!
I think its time to Sweep The Leg, anyone have a problem with that.? Or perhaps how about we stage a cookout instead of a walkout? Nothing brings folks together more than a good old fashioned cookout.
Sure, anonymous internet poster. Just announce the date and I’ll gladly risk putting my family on the street to stoke your ego.
dumb--s! If the unions call for a legal picket or other action, we all need to partipate to the fullest; but calling for participation in sick outs, strikes, or other illegal labor actions is just plain id--tic and does zero good for anyone.
It’s time to walkoff and find a new job! But could you imagine the chaos it would cause if everyone didn’t go to work for one or two days. The old stockholders might then realize there is no money to be made if there aren’t any employees to make their dollars off of. Not going to happen but would be interesting!
I'm planning on walking out to a different employer. This company clearly does not value their employees at all. I believe it is quite the opposite. The golden retirement carrot (railroad retirement) is not worth it to me anymore.
everyone gets the FLU.. Call in... cant fire you for that!!!
Good luck. If you do that the railroad could have reason to fire you with cause, which means they would not have to pay you a severance.
To stage this would give them a different Unified 2020. What can I do to help? We do need to stand together.
