I have heard something is coming feb. 14th (Thursday week before a pay period...usual lay-off day I have been told) in retail that HR is involved in. Anyone else heard about this? That’s literally all I know so it could be anything or nothing at all just curious. Thank you

I know 2 b2b sales assistants given notice today. Last day is April 5.
I think the Thursday of an actual pay week is the lay-off day, not the Thursday of a non pay week. Probably nothing, or probably just a store or district specific issue
