I been hearing raises for TL does anyone know if there is any truth to this

Never gonna happen. Will be the same lousy 2% as the paste eating door greeters get.
I’m a TL and I got $1 raise last year also instead of the 2% we thought we were getting
@1nwp but... just decided to hop on here and give that little story. Lies.
They could not pay me enough to be a TL again. Constantly behind on everything while they give you more and more to do. Telling you to use your people to help knowing we don't have enough people. Now they're going to pour more on top of that. Heck no! I left 6 months ago and the stress relief is amazing!
It would be super nice. I am a 4 year associate and currently a team lead. I am making 15.15 and we just interviewed and hired a new associate last week and workday generated him 14.50. Basic associate starting at 65 cents below his team lead is garbage.
Considering TL's will now have to do the work of the audit team by auditing their areas, ptc by interviewing and hiring for their areas, stocking their areas due to lack of workers, and running around with keys, it seems to me they should not only get a raise, but we could do with a few less managers.
We got $1 last year instead of 2% so anything is possible
There is a 2% annual raise but nothing beyond that
I hope we get something . I have been a TL for a year and new MMS who are starting are making more than I do....
