Ran this business in the ground laying off trained employees harassing military vets, for disabilities sustained fighting for the freedom of this country laying vets off, trained employees off. Very simple UP. Go out and get more business with all your assets paid off, land, locomotives and facilities, EXECUTIVES answer? Lay off skilled experience employees great PSR.... what a disaster just like they trusted Cameron who got it wrong now they trust Jim to get it all wrong too.. gee put 3,000 locomotives in storage close your facilities that work hard to keep trains moving and fire not furloughed ( your not coming back that's fired). 1 out of 5 employees is a vet . From vet to vet: Quit thinking your veteran status entitles you in these situations. Unless UP broke the law and targeted vets, you are no different from all the other people UP has screwed over. Use the skills your service gave you to do something good, quit sniveling. Shame on the UP for enticing veterans to come and work and then treating all people poorly.
