When is the bonus going to be paid out?

They just had their earnings call today. They can’t announce anything before that. Guarantee you hear something between now and next week’s all hands.
Everyone is starting to get nervous that there won’t be a bonus. Comparing with previous years where we already heard the payout by now, it does seem like something is up. No one seems to know anything... has anyone heard? Surely, managers have to have already provided their information for payouts by now....

I see an All Hands on my calendar for March 8.... guessing we will hear something at that time.
Nobody seems to know anything about it, including management. Sounds fishy to me.
Any updates on when the bonus pays this year? I’m guessing it’s March 22, but haven’t seen anything official yet.
Which is less expensive? Paying out an annual bonus that's a fraction of people's salary, or paying ~$100K in replacement costs for each seasoned contributor who leaves because of not getting their bonus?
Do the math. It's cheaper to pay the bonus. They may shave off $$$, but they won't completely get rid of it.
bonus is based on corporate performance and not on debt to pay - read your contract perhaps that helps.
bonus is cancelled until corporate debt is paid. (in other words, don't hold your breath on getting a bonus)

When the corporate debt is paid off, or when Dell can sell a piece off to at least pay the interest on the corporate debt.
By the end of March. There will be an all hands at your site to explain that. The performance review is ongoing...
