It took a bit of digging but I got to a page called Club Hub and it just shows “general merchandising”, “member service”, “Fresh”, and “TBC, Fuel, H&W”. All of the GCCMs responsibilities are split between general merch and TBC, Fuel, H&W but none of those 4 pages list anything about compliance, shrink. And receiving/claims/back office is listed under general merch also....
This doesn’t sound good for us GCCMs.
