Move from Nights to Days

OK, I have been hearing about the eventual move of the Overnight Crew from nights to days. The whole 4 am to 1230 shift and the 3 pm to 1130 shift. Our new CM came from a test club for the block scheduling and the Day stocking. Im in a club in the Midwest, and I am wondering when this could move into our area.

More Curious than anything.

Thankful I lucked out my GM is pretty nice. I was one of the unlucky few of the wireless associates displaced by Smartcircle and took it hard (even though I knew it was coming 😢) he was super understanding and supportive and if I ask him something he will tell me or help me if he can

I just asked my GM about this our club doesn't have a set date yet as it's dependent on DC and apparently ours has a hard time finding drivers for the change of hours. In fact, they haven't even announced the change to overnight yet. If anyone is curious if you go on the wire and search morning stocker you can find a little more details on how to handle the move

Market 27 (15 clubs in the Dallas area) makes the transition on March 23rd.

You must have a lot of people on nights to call it an influx. We have less than 20. Between part timers only there 2 or 3 days and the full time people getting their 2 days off, I'd say we only have 10 people any given night. And i know our day side could sure use 10 more people a day if not more.

We were told it is starting in our club in Colorado at the end of March. Night crew being split into two crews. 4 am shift and 3 pm shift are their choices.

With the total influx of all the night crew coming to days where does that leave the current day people? Like to hear from clubs that have made the transition.

It'll be this year, but you know how they love to spring things on people out of nowhere.
