I exported my reviews and saved them for my records. I did not have my final 2018, but I did save what I wrote.

Step off the gas @XCBFTTj-1occ Hahaha

It's possible OP may have meant for personal knowledge ( things to add to resume, "weakness"/ feedback from manager(s) as these make good interview talking points), not necessarily for lawsuit. If with the company for a while it's hard to remember everything you've worked on over the years.

CAP reviews are worthless. They will drag you through the mud during a lawsuit if that's your intent. It's not worth the effort to fight an 800 lb gorilla. Wlak away. Average settlement is 40k. With a lawyer its 45k and the lawyer gets a third. That's assuming you can find someone to take your case. And it takes a year to get it before the court if you are fast tracked.

I got let go. I really didn't expect my manager to have to take the time to complete it.

I was told by HR during the notification meeting that information in CAP reviews about your personal performance are NOT GM confidential and can be shared by your old manager.
