Kmart currently has his clothes buy one, get one free. I think the relationship is over. He's been in Kmart awhile now. Some of his stuff is actually in but priced a little high for Kmart.
What exactly is there to “protect”? Under Eddie’s plan the vendors get paid. They may have gotten stiffed in liquidation but there isn’t much to see here.

I thought it was kinda funny in the Bloomberg video, the two women reporters both admitted they didn't know about the clothing line either.
