Profits are at record highs, Safest railroad in North America again in 2018, yet morale is at an all time low and the company is eliminating jobs by the thousands. We are on the brink of implosion and all the top brass seems to be concerned with is lining the pockets of the shareholders and themselves. This has to be one of the darkest times in UP history. When will they understand that its the "Boots on the Ground" employees that keep this company alive? Hopefully they see the light before its too late. Thousands of employees are depending on it.

Lol darkest times? I don't think so. Although its 2019 and they are being greedy as f--- and like all of you hate it.... U.P. has a much darker past then you think. Chinese and Irish deaths and kicked into the ditch.
Greed indeed. And to be honest we are much more inefficient now than we were the same time last year. Can't squeeze no more blood outta this cabbage.
