Molina stock climbs after lay offs. Will the next round of lay-offs include managers, avp’s And vp’s? Time will tell. I feel for people still at MOLINA.

They just let people go. Offered packages and told them to leave thru the side door, don't talk to anyone. About 80 of us in one meeting, that lasted ten minutes

It really doesn’t matter how dedicated and loyal you’ve been to the company. Your either in the “in crowd,” or your out. Individuals are promoted based on looks and or likes, not because they possess the qualities for that specific role. We have lost much talent to these layoffs. Some staff members are in roles they don’t have the qualifications for. On the other hand if you are an overachiever and we’ll organized, they end up dumping more work on you, as oppose to training individuals to learn how to multi-task and time manage their work load and keep up with their work. A suggestion for everyone, if your not part of the in crowd, start updating your resume.

The idea of starting over at a new company may seem daunting or overwhelming at first. Just breathe and take it one day at a time. I was fortunate to leave Molina on my own terms and started my dream job within 3 weeks. Stay positive and never forget your worth.

"So many amazing opportunities arise when a chapter of our life ends. When we resign from a job that we weren't happy in, or even get fired, it's actually a blessing because a better experience is waiting to happen. It's all about perspective". ...Miya Yamanouchi

What she says is true.

You wrotea letter to who? You may want to check out who sits on the board at Molina. She is head of the RNC. He is going to do nothing. This all about the board members and $$$

No dept is safe like always. I’m sure it’s more than NAL getting laid off. We’ll see....

Not 169 and it’s not just nurses. There’s an entire department that runs 24/7.

You have 169 nurses on payroll for the nurse line at Long Beach? It is on the CA Warn Notice 02/06/19.

It’s the Nurse advice Line in the Long Beach location. It’s being taken over by carenet.

In NM, a lot of staff will be laid off on 4/1/19. Not sure if they are referring to this layoff.
