Advice to Millenniums; don't be loyal!

If the company hired you because you are young and cheap take notes because one day you will be old and wrinkled ....

Take all your vacation, take full hour lunch breaks, make use of sick days and always be on the look out for a better opportunity.

Why don't you laid off people unionize.. Then we can be treated fairly, better benefits, and pensions like government workers.. Unionize is the answer. However, you fools let big companies convince you that your better off without a union... and you believed that...

No need to worry. They typically aren’t loyal. Just saying.

Hahahaha........ that has been my thinking for the last 25 years. Companies are not loyal to you and you certainly don’t owe them blind loyalty. What you do owe, however, if you are hired, is to do your job exceedingly well. Have some pride even in doing a job well done. You will be noticed and head hunters will seek you out. Know when to stay and when to leave. Always have a plan. But, above all else, don’t be bitter if your laid off. They are a business and will make decisions that benefit themselves.
