Thread regarding Oracle Corp. layoffs

How was this quarter?

We are coming up again on the end of the quarter. How were sales this quarter? Was there a massive recovery? Have customers started to flock to Oracle in droves to buy into the Oracle cloud?

Or was WB right to get out?

"But as an IC (<5) I have collected so many evidences of fraud by the executive members on cloud revenue."

Sure you do. And just how did you acquire it? Did you sneak into a VP's office and take pictures of documents?

"This will be my layoff protection."

Sure.

I fail to see why a lower level M would need access to the company's full financial data. Sure, maybe for the data for his LOB, but for others? An M4 would be what? A senior director?

Compliance and legal (as they prefer to induce themselves) have been monitoring who have download unusual quantity of SI reports ....

The current Q will be a disaster and stock buyback in the next weeks will not help.

But as an IC (<5) I have collected so many evidences of fraud by the executive members on cloud revenue. This will be my layoff protection.

I'm M4 and I have the data. It's no magic, you just have to request access, Every M4 can do.

If you don't know this, it means you are not an Oracle employee or you are not an M. In both cases, you don't need to know the data.

I think very much more than 1% have access to the real informations.... if you work in Oracle, and you are high enough in the chain (not really so high, M4 is sufficient), you can access SI and look for real data. you will get a fairly correct vision of what's going on. and, no I won't publish any data here.

Oracle has entered into what is known as the "quiet period" (30 days before quarterly results are announced). This means that revealing any insider information would get you into a lot of trouble with the SEC (huge fines and possibly jail time). So don't expect any real information to be posted here, not to mention that 99% of O employees don't have access to that info and that those who do won't publish it here. Expect the usual imminent collapse "tips" from the usual posters.

Oracle is dead like a fish flowing belly up in the water. This is it, no need to ever ask what the quarter was like. The answer is always going to be terrible. If you bought stock based on the 3 stooges’ promises of cloud riches, file the lawsuit for securities fraud now. No need to wait for anything.

yes, oracle lowed their exorbitant prices, built all new wholly owned data centers, promised to never lie, cheat or steal again and customers are moving over from AWS in droves. So many that we need 8M more data centers right now. Money will be pouring in by the boatload and the 3 stooges won't be able to count it all.
