My DL (I’m his assistant) told us during our monthly meeting corporate has realized cutting stores to well below minimum ( 30-40 hours alone each week) is not working so they are upping those budgets next quarter. Not back to where they were last year but better than now.

I actually had two 200 hour FS go to 206/week and a 60k front - 24 hrs get additional hours above minimum starting this week - no idea why, but I’ll take it.
Budgets were written last year. You do not have a large profit miss and then add payroll id--t
Larry Merlo is not going to sacrifice any of his bonus. Believe me they will not give any more hours back unless there are more expectations. There is a budget that will be adhered to.

My understanding is the first 6 weeks of the year mySchedule was reset to work off of budgets for sales, and the hundred other algorithms it calculates. It ignored the trends from the final 6 weeks of 2018. If your store has been killing budget and LY you have probably seen more hours drop in demand for weeks of 2/24 amd 3/3. If you are missing or minimum hours you probably won’t see any change. The system works off of 6 week trends so the more you exceed results the more hours you will see.
The yoga instructor will shift supervisors from working trucks to dancing ! Sm pay to increase to 110,000 plus bonus potential of 55,000 in health hubs. Sm will perform eye surgery between cleaning teeth and plan o grams . Required to upsell Aetna policies after asking for extra care cards.

The DL are free to give them to who ever they want . So u could be out of luck anyway .
