There is a reason there not going to do anything to the hump, I believe the quote was utilize when nessacery. Even the uppers know this is not going to work. Just have to survive possibly the next two years, things will change.

PSR is just a sham UP is pulling to raise stock prices. Vena is only a pawn and will leave once he finishes his two years. The big stock conglomerates will sell and earn billions, the unfortunate thing is those that are left will have to rebuild a company and the reputation of a former American Institution. Take a look at Canadian National since Vena left they are rebuilding and are currently highering in every State and Province. This is Hedge fund 101, take good companies squeeze all available stock value, sell for billions and move on.
