Easy way to keep your job is tell them that you are a trans-s-xual, and will be taking estrogen to become more of a woman. Wear a dress to the interview. It will shake them up. If you do not get the job, file an ethics complaint, claims discrimination based on s-xual orientation. The investigation will take months. Then, when they retaliate against you - which they will - file an EEOC complaint. The legal department at Sam's is run by a social justice warrior - she won't know what to do.

Especially if they're going to have a higher pay and more responsibilities. Need to have the right person in that position
