People lead position

Just wondering if anyone was told when this position was starting? Pay grade? Any insight on the job description/expectations? How long will current PC/TC have to find another position? I know our PC was never told that her position was being eliminated. Just that she could apply for the new one.

I was a CSM prior Frontend Z and I was chosen for the new People Lead position after attending an event that included panel interview, business case scenario and round table discussions. Here is what I know for sure:

1- Pay Grade 8

2- Schedule will have 3 weekend shifts & 3 evening shifts a month.

3- Attending Academy for a week

4- Will be doing more mentoring of new hires to assure they are successful.

5- Will be working closely with Store Manager, my direct supervisor is the Store Manager not Assistant Managers.

Good luck everyone!
