You know what ? Cut the “ orange crush “ bull sh--. This is not high school. Take care of your customers and your employees and good things will happen. It’s blocking and tackling. The managers are making fools out of themselves. Stupid.

Managers will hide out in offices, part timers will constantly be on their phones, full timers will complain they have all the work to do and specialist will actually do all the work.

Didn't they announce an end to sterling with the genesis update that never happened last year? I felt like such an id--t announcing the update only to be constantly asked when it was coming and finding zero info on connections about it.
Sterling is being replaced with something else, he didn’t know with what only that it was going to be replaced and he said sterling cost the company billions. I hope everyone involved with that cluster f--- has been fired.

When discussing new roles and duties- we had three long time specialists stand up take off their vests, drop them on the floor, turn around and walk out the door. SM looked like he was going to pass out. Two specialists from flooring and one from millwork. A total of maybe 50 years of experience.
