All those suffering from lack of severance follow through by Lowes Corporate just remember how Lowes deals with customers. The line we're a "big company", "we would never keep your money even if we can't install that", "you're in line for the next move up", "We'll send somebody to help you." Your delivery is on its way" We are a Fortune 50 company....... Look at their BBB listing and they keep responding the same way to every complaint, and there are literally some days with multiple complaints. So are they just helpless liars or does their approach benefit the bigger picture you don't see?
