At this point and level of foot traffic they could run Sears from 400 iPads and Quicken.
They're going to run it on wally.
They already sold them off during liquidation of their stores!
sears does not have the money for a new enterprise system. Leaving mainframes would mean new software and possibly hardware. They don't have squat
