They do not want us on Chatter so we wont figure out what's going on. That's where we could find out information

MTL here, 13 years. SO HAPPY to see I’m not in this boat alone with my business focus woes. I sure do miss chatter on the old salespro, missing all the comeraderie and idea-sharing. I even contemplated starting a private Facebook group for marketing folks. I walk in the door everyday saying ”good morning everyone have I been terminated today?”, lol.
Business Focus is really getting old!!! We dont really have a Business card anymore, it doesnt make sense. We have to resign up old members in order to meet a goal each month. How dumb can this get. Round and round in circles
What is everyone focusing on for their drives? My leads are burnt out
Business focus is a joke. Businesses look at what we offer for them and laugh now. When are sitting there explaining what we offer them and they say they can get a better deal through social media right in front of you. What can you say? Nothing. HO is so lost and confused they don't see that they have cut of their tail in spite of their faces.
Set appointments they say, use Salespro they say, required 25 new. Most of the leads on Salespro are doctors that can't make time due to patients or personal addresses and fake businesses. I will show you 25 that have closed their doors this past month. Try harder they say. New business with high school or college student running the place. You are out in bad weather, get told no, no soliciting signs on every door, and told the use Amazon.
While this company was focused on Costco they were passed by Amazon. They only reason we managed to get the numbers we have gotten we're off of the deals we had, early hours, and the company cards they had so business owners and managers didn't have to bother to come in.
I hope they get rid of Business focus and let us focus on members, events, and drives.
Can someone please share about 2% pay raise, i am 19 year assoc. Marketing make 22.06 hour will i get 1 time payout like last year? No one is talking no communucation anymore at club
Our Business Focus is burned out. This is getting old. We were told membership would be around for another year due to all the money spent on new Ipads

I surely would love to know as well . The offers online far surpass the offers we have . How is everyone doing on their Bisiness Focus ? No one ask any questions about what is planned for our area . Manager does not ask about appointments or sales pro . I would really like to know . I will continue however to go forward and do my best !!
