All FST comleted bt 11am everyday new Sams club expectation. Block scheduling coming. All areas including fresh going to OYI app

...then the HGG will be ask to complete the FUM by the KLB team leads. After that the GBC will have to help the people in YTB for them to meet the XHM deadline. There will be CIM task to be done before the GBB's can start their shifts so as not to interrupt what the RIC people are assigned to do. The LUJ team will have to step up to help TRR. Hopefully everyone will be FOB for GFR.

Our market FST needs to be done by 7:30am...
This is nothing new. Fst has to be completed by 11am . That doesnt mean all product has to be cut, baked, or made by 11. It just has to be filled out. Also the OYI starts week 5. It's on AMP and it's because a lot of product just gets sent in now based on on hand quantities. It's to make sure your inventory is correct. It is really important for fresh to have correct numbers because of throws,donations, and markdowns. It takes a matter of 5 minutes a day.
