Honestly given the stress every year here, not to mention stress of the field in the Management ranks. It’s like they are out to just find reasons to fire people , it’s Market Mangers now , there are more layoffs I’m sure to come. FMMs what’s next. Who wants to live like this? Never will attract any decent talent like this , word is out about both companies Sam’s and Wal Mart. They are always playing with peoples lives. Makes no sense to be part of this , no future. IMO

Market Manager for my club is gone too.
Regionals were not hit only Market Managers and Some Fresh Market Managers. All markets are going to be on a larger scale now with one Market or Territory Manager running 3 markets. Assistant manager restructuring is next as well as team leads.
Reduction in number of MMS and MM assistants. Vegas MM was removed. There should be a restructure of markets coming.
