OptumTech is flooded with second class 'leaders' from Target and their unqualified cronies who got recruited by these leaders . Who knew best way to compete with Amazon and other tech giants is by hiring substandard talent from Target, BestBuy ! .. What do these retail folks know about Healthcare ?
