For those of you who don't know the new policy here is a breakdown from my understanding. You cannot clock in 10 min early. You cannot clock in after 9 min you will be late. 1/2 a point taken if you do.You have to work your schedule no more work 1/2 shift your ok. If you call in on a special event I'm assuming holidays included it will be 3 points 2 for calling on that day plus 1 because you called in totaling 3 points. If you call out it's 1 point on any giving day. Exceptions as before like jury duty taking a leave approved by segwick and others too look up the policy know the policy ignorance will be no excuse it's on the wire. If you have accured protected PTO you can use it if your late or call in. Max hrs per year collected is 48 remember work 30 hrs for 1 hr earned. I'm sure I'm forgetting something here but it explains it on on the Sam's club attendance police rolled out February 2, 2019 don't wait to get told look it up.
